We are looking for a talented UX expert, who truly believes in and supports the wisdom that technologies are created for people, and not vice versa, and who is ready to become a devoted member of our constantly expanding UX division to conquer new peaks.

Your tasks will be:

• Identify business needs in various web and mobile projects
• Create Personas and plan user journeys
• Plan and carry out usability testing
• Develop information architecture
• Conduct sitemap reviews, provide recommendations for improvement
• Design wireframes and collaborate with web designers
• Plan usability audits and provide consultation

We expect you have:

• Strong analytical capabilities – you understand both the business and the user needs
• Creative approach – your deliver solutions that address/blend the needs of the business and the user
• 3 - 5 year experience in web projects (experience in mobile projects is an asset)
• Expertise in usability, UX, web design and web analytics
• Efficient skills to gather, organize and analyse various data un turn them into a decision-making tool
• Strong presentation, interpersonal communication and argumentation skills
• Familiarity with usability testing, prototyping and interface design methodologies is an asset

Your main responsibility will be to pursue that every single CUBE Systems solution is modern, easy to use and meets UX standards. You will combine the client needs, creative concepts, technical limitations and end-user aspirations into award winning and user-friendly systems. 

In short - your overall task and challenge will be to serve more engaging and pleasing web and tech experience to internet users in Latvia and beyond.
